The 1970s were a pivotal decade in Australia, defined by colour and chaos. Fashion was eclectic and colour television became a part of most homes.

It was also a time of change in Claremont, and the Museum's Made in the 70s exhibition reflects on the changes in Education, Health and Community within the area during this remarkable time.

The community is invited to reminisce and discover how things were in Claremont during this groovy decade.

Please note the Museum opening hours:

Monday to Thursday: 10am-4pm

Friday to Saturday: closed

Sunday: 10am-2pm

Please note the Museum is closed on public holidays.
