The Town of Claremont are offering seniors, free Aqua Aerobics classes for Seniors Week. Designed for all fitness levels, this form of low-impact exercise is one of the most effective and safe ways to get fit. Regular classes will improve your balance and coordination, improve circulation, lower blood pressure, and relieve muscle pain. If you haven’t already, give it a try this week!
Times: 7:00-7.45am, 7.45 - 8.30am and 8.30-9.15am.
