The main lane closure for The Terraces is as of 5 January 2026.
Notification History
Road Closures in December
Builders Castelli Norup for The Terraces project have advised that there will be road closures in front of their site on Shenton Road on 19th December. These closures are required to complete concrete works along the footpath.
Works will occur between 7:00am and noon. There will be an eastbound detour in place to Lapsley Road. Westbound traffic is unaffected. Pedestrians will be redirected to the southern footpath during this time.
Builders Castelli Norup for The Terraces have advised that there will be road closures in front of their site on Shenton Road on the 4th, 10th, and 12th of December.
These closures are required to complete concrete works along the footpath. To minimise disruption to the community, the works will occur outside of peak periods, between 9:00am and 3:00pm on each of these days.
No detours will be necessary, and traffic controllers will be on site to manage STOP/SLOW movements in the remaining westbound lane. Pedestrians will be redirected to the southern footpath during this time.
