In accordance with clause 4 of the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015, the Town of Claremont hereby gives notice that Council at its Ordinary Council Meeting on 28 October 2025, resolved to proceed with Local Planning Policy 210 – Unhosted Short Term Rental Accommodation.
The policy will support the management and assessment of Unhosted Short Term Rental Accommodation following the gazettal of Scheme Amendment 143, subject to approval. The policy can be viewed on the Town’s website, here.
