Community Information Drop-In Session

A Community Information Drop-In Session is being held to allow interested members of the public to obtain more information about the current applications being considered by the Town of Claremont. 

There are two applications for temporary closure of traffic lanes and footpath on Shenton Road, Claremont.

Details of the Community Information Session are:

When:  Wednesday 26 November, between 4pm and 6pm

Where:  Claremont Oval (marked on the map here) 

The session is informal and interested persons are welcome to attend for any length of time between 4pm and 6pm. Please note the session is not a public meeting and formal presentations are not being made. Instead, it is an opportunity for interested persons to ask questions and obtain more details of the proposals.

Representatives from the Town of Claremont, Castelli Norup Joint Venture (builder of "The Terraces") and Georgiou Group (builder of the Specialist Medical Centre) will be in attendance to answer any questions on the proposals. The structure of the session is that the builders and the Town will be setup in separate gazebos to answer questions specific to each application.

Paper copies will also be available at the drop-in session.

A reminder that submissions on these proposals must be lodged in writing by no later than 5pm, Friday 5 December 2025, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and emailed to toc@claremont.wa.gov.au or posted to PO Box 54, Claremont WA 6910.
