The Town of Claremont is seeking to dispose of property by way of lease in accordance with the requirements of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995.
The property is 39 Gugeri Street, Claremont being Lot 9008 on Deposited Plan 407807 contained in Certificate of Title Volume LR 3168 Folio 73. The Building Area comprises approximately 943m2.
