At the Ordinary Council Meeting on 28 May 2024, Council resolved to advertise its intention to grant a licence for café operations at the Bay View Community Centre on the following key terms in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995:  

Address: 

Zone 2, Bay View Community Centre, 64 Bay View Terrace, Claremont  

Land:                                              

Portion of Reserve 883 being Lot 300 on Deposited Plan 45313.             
The Premises is situated on Crown Land in a Class A Reserve, Reserve 883

Lessee:                                          

Stand’in Room Pty Ltd. ABN 20 613 436356.

Lease Term:                                  

Ten (10) years being an initial two (2) year term with subsequent three (3) and five (5) year options.

Market Rent Valuation:

$21,942.00 - $25,599.00 per annum (plus GST)

Proposed Rent:                            

$25,000.00 per annum (plus GST)
