In accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the Town of Claremont advises of its intention to grant a licence for café operations at the Claremont Community Centre on the following key terms:

Address:    Zone 2, Claremont Community Centre, 64 Bay View Terrace, Claremont                                                                                                 
Land: Portion of Reserve 883 being Lot 300 on Deposited Plan 45313. The Premises is situated on Crown Land in a Class A Reserve, Reserve 883. This land is reserved “Parks and Recreation” under the Metropolitan Region Scheme.                                                                                        
Lessee:                                           Stand’in Room Pty Ltd. ABN 20 613 436356.
Lease Term:                                   Five (5) years
Market Rent Valuation:              $21,942.00 - $25,599.00 per annum (plus GST)
Proposed Rent:                             $25,000.00 per annum (plus GST)
