In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Town of Claremont intends to extend the lease for a portion of 30 Lapsley Road, Claremont to Golf Oracle Pty Ltd for a period of three (3) years.
In accordance with section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the Town of Claremont intends to extend the lease for a portion of 30 Lapsley Road, Claremont to Golf Oracle Pty Ltd for a period of three (3) years being from 25 May 2042 to 24 May 2045.
The current Lease commenced on 25 May 2022. The rent payable under the Lease is $52,860.96 per annum inclusive of GST.
The rental value was assessed at $53,955-$55,590 per annum inclusive of GST in November 2025.
The Rent payable from the commencement of the further term will be determined by way of a market rent review.
Public submissions regarding the proposal may be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer, via email toc@claremont.wa.gov.au or post to PO Box 54, Claremont WA 6910 and are to be received by no later than 5.00pm, 23 December 2025.
