Introduction to Art Mediums for Kids

Join Julia for a fun and creative term utilising some popular materials and themes. 

This class is suitable for children 6+ years.

No prior experience is needed, perfect for beginners. 

When: Mondays starting 28 April 

Time: 3:40pm - 4:40pm

Meditation class series

Learn meditation and get some inner peace and gain the benefits of meditating in a group. 

These free classes will be run by the Sri Chinmoy Centre. 

When: There are two 5 week courses available, both courses are the same. 

Time: 5:30pm - 6:30pm, Tuesday evenings

Zumba Gold

Over 10 weeks, participants will be taken through a range of low and medium-intensity and lower impact dance moves that are designed for everybody, no matter their fitness level. 

Be ready to dance, sweat and meet new friends. 

Please bring a towel and water bottle. 

When: Wednesdays starting 30 April

Tiny tots tumbling

In this interactive session, children will discover how they can move their bodies through activities such as tumbling, chasing, rolling, jumping and twirling. 

Tiny tots will develop essential motor skills, boost their social confidence and enhance their communication, creativity and imagination. 

This is recommended for children aged 2-4. 

When: Thursdays stating 1 May 

Time: 9:00am - 10:00am

Watercolours with Julia Softley

During this course, students will be introduced to a mix of different watercolour-based materials, including paint, pencils, gouache and ink. 

When: Thursdays starting 1 May 

Time: 11:30am - 1:30pm

Tai Chi

This beginners Tai Chi class will boost physical and mental well-being through Chen Family Tai Chi. 

A range of exercises will help improve balance, flexibility and relaxation. 

When: Fridays starting 2 May 

Time: 10:00am - 11:30am
